We Accept Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not satisfied, please let us know and we'll make every effort to fulfill your request. If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to us, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
Items can be returned if misprinted/damaged/defective. If so, product must be unworn and returned in the original condition. Product must have all tags attached, if applicable. Shipping costs are non refundable and return postage is at customers' expense. All returns must include the original packaging, without postal labels. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
